Dr Nilu Abizadeh (GDC: 79732)
Specialist Orthodontist

Dr Nilu Abizadeh completed her dental training from Guys Hospital, London in 2001.
She spent a number of years practicing general dentistry in practice as well as providing care in the Community Dental Service and gained a great deal of experience treating children as a Senior House Officer in Paediatric dentistry at a number of London hospitals. She also spent a year doing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Guys, Kings and St Thomas' Hospitals and gained her membership to the Royal College of Surgeons in England in 2006. Dr Nilu Abizadeh started her Orthodontic training in 2007 at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute. She gained her Masters in Orthodontics in 2009 and became a Member of Orthodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2010.
Dr Nilu has a wealth of experience working solely in specialist orthodontic practice since 2010 providing a high standard of care with a caring and perfectionist approach. She was the youngest ever recipient of the Smile Award for Fixed Orthtodontics in 2011. She enjoys treating children of all ages and adults and always tries to incooperate the latest clinical techniques and technologies in her practice.
Outside of work Nilu is busy being mum to 4 young children, enjoys practicing yoga and travelling.
Miss Jemnique Srai (GDC: 114594)
Specialist Orthodontist
BDS, MFDS RCS Ed, MClindent Orthodontics (Distinction) RCS Eng, MOrth RCS Eng
Jemnique qualified in 2007 from King's College Hospital. She undertook further training as a Senior House Officer within Paediatric dentistry, Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery departments and completed her speciality training in Orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2013, where she won the Clinical Excellence Award for achieving consistently high treatment results.
Miss Srai has published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and has won prizes for her presentations at both national and international conferences, including the prestigious W. J. B. Houston research award by the European Orthodontic Society.
Her meticulous approach to planning allows each patient's treatment to be tailored to their individual needs and ensures all her work is carried out to the highest standards. Miss Srai is passionate about improving her patient's confidence by providing them with smiles they can be proud of using a variety of braces including the more aesthetic ceramic braces and Invisalign aligners.
Outside of Orthodontics Jemnique enjoys travelling, reading and keeping active by running.
Dr Kirpal Benawra (GDC: 244884)

Kirpal graduated from the University of Leeds in 2013 with a BA in Biomedical Ethics and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BChD).
After graduating he spent two years as a General Professional Trainee at Newcastle Dental Hospital and in General Dental Practice. He then completed his Dental Core Training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for 12 months. He began his Orthodontics specialty training in September 2016 at Glasgow Dental Hospital and Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Scotland.
He completed his specialty training in March 2020 and graduated with as a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry in Orthodontics.

Dr Nicola Sharma (GDC: 155958)

Nicola completed her dental training from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Graduating in 2008 with a Distinction.
She went in to do Vocational training in Castlenau in London. In that time she was able to assist with periodontal surgery and implant insertions. Following this Nicola worked in private dental practice. Along with working in practice Nicola took on a number of hospital posts in many London hospitals. In this time she was awarded Membership to the Royal College of Surgeons, England in 2011. Nicola was very fortunate to be exposed to Paediatric dentistry, Special Care, Restorative Adult Dentistry, complex removal of teeth, Oral surgery and Maxillofacial wards and surgery.
All these posts gave a greater understanding and experience of treating various patients with different conditions. Treating patients under local, sedation and general anaesthetic meant seeing patients with different needs and levels of anxiety.
Nicola was accepted on to a competitive National Training programme in orthodontics in 2012. In 2014 whilst training as a specialist she achieved a Master’s in Clinical Orthodontics. A year later became a Specialist in Orthodontics which was awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2015.
Since then Nicola throughly enjoys the dynamics of transforming patients teeth, facial profiles and self confidence. She has been working in Specialist practice and general practice to treat patients under the NHS and privately. In addition is also working as a Speciality Doctor in a Hospital setting which combines treating complex cases and teaching exposure.
Nicola believes in combining patient needs and preferences with, up to date clinical techniques, evidence and technology helps to achieve a smooth and pleasant treatment journey. Nicola has a joyful and empathetic approach to her patients and their families.
Outside of work Nicola is busy with her young family and enjoys baking, going on walks and travelling.
